Ashley is a hybrid athlete, talented swimmer, avid runner, and a mother of four.
Ashley participated in various sports beginning at young age. Competitive by nature, she learned at a young age what dedication, determination, and discipline could help her attain. She When she reached high school, she participated in nearly every sport, she absolutely loved being an athlete. recalls the day her father told her, 'If you want to be best good at something, you will need to choose just one thing.” At the time, she'd like to say she chose swimming, but she now believes swimming chose her. Throughout her high school and college career, she competed in many national swimming events: US Regional, US Nationals, US Opens, World Championship Trials, Big 12 Championships, and NCAA's.
Reaching her highest potential and best self has not necessarily been easy. Performing at a high level, comes with highs and lows. Through the course of Ashley's athletic career, fitness training, and personal life- set backs have occurred physically and mentally. Ashley has overcame many obstacles and claimed victory during some of her darkest moments.
Nutrition and fitness has became a huge part of her life. She has been able to attain her goals in and out of the gym, as a wife, mother and friend, while allowing her to feel confident in her own skin.
Her passion now lies in helping people reach their own goals. AP Fortify offers lifestyle changes through the areas of nutrition and fitness.

Drake- 8, Marcus- 4, Jaidyn-2, and Shaelynn- 8 months.
