Ashley believes you cannot outwork a diet. Nutrition is key to attaining any goal whether it is to lost weight, gain muscle, lean out, gain energy and/or feel better in your own skin.

Clean Program

This program is designed to create awareness and educate, while encouraging clean eating to fuel your body and mind.  This program is for you if your goals center around creating a lifestyle change, establishing better eating habit, losing weight, minimizing stress eating, and boosting energy.

Macro Program

This macro based program is designed to create awareness and educate, while using macro counting to reduce body fat and increase muscle growth. This program is for you if your goals center around losing weight, boosting energy, trimming fat, increasing muscle tone, and strengthening the mind.

Live Fit Legacy

In June 2019, Ashley also joined the Live Fit Legacy Coaching Staff, which provides Macro-Based Programs. This team up has be able to influence and change many peoples lives when combing Fitness and Nutrition.
