This program is personalized to your abilities and goals and is designed to build muscle and burn fat. It is recommended that you have access to a variety of free weights, equipment, and machines for optimal results.
In your training phases, you receive four strength-based workouts. The workouts are broken down by day and each exercise has its own video so you are able to focus on proper form. You remain in a phase for four weeks so you are able to increase your strength and build on those muscle groups.
