Ashley is a hybrid athlete, talented swimmer, avid runner, and a mother of four, as well as a mental health advocate.
Ashley is competitive by nature. She learned at a young age what dedication, determination, and discipline could help her attain. When she reached high school, she had competed in nearly every sport. She absolutely loved being an athlete.
She'd like to say she chose swimming, but she now believes swimming chose her. Throughout her high school and college career, she competed the national level in many events, specializing in the 100 Butterfly.
Reaching her highest potential and best self has not necessarily been easy. Through the course of Ashley's athletic career, fitness training, and personal life- set backs have occurred physically and mentally. Ashley has overcame many obstacles and claimed victory during some of her darkest moments during high school, college and even as a mother.
Nutrition and Fitness has always been a constant in her life. From youth to adulthood, she has always been her own competitor with a huge desire to better herself each day and attain her goals in and out of the gym, as a wife, mother and friend, while allowing her to feel confident in her own skin.
She has a passion for helping people reach their own goals with her workout programs. AP Fortify will allow you to rediscover your purpose, your passions and your belief within yourself, just by getting you out of your comfort zone four days a week.

She is a mother of four: Drake- 9, Marcus- 5, Jaidyn-3, and Shaelynn- 1
Ashley enjoys nearly anything fitness- HIIT, Running, Swimming. Hiking, Biking.
Her favorite pastime is Paddleboarding.
She is a True Crime "Junkie" listening to podcasts and watching series on Netflix.
She enjoys playing board games and working on puzzles.
She also spends time creating handmade items for children with her other small business, Jaids Co.
